Though it is, again, not exclusively my own work, this does represent me working at my hardest and will surely be meaningful to any of you that were affected in the past by my writing or music.
Again, this is the last copy I have of this edition. Bloomsbury, on top of doing absolutely nothing to market this book, made the suicidal decision to price this so high that only State-funded indoctrination institutions would be able to afford it. I wish I had more copies to offer at an affordable price, but I was given fewer personal authors' copies than I have fingers on my left hand. So, one lucky civilian who is not me or my remaining family gets to have one, signed and dedicated with a message of your choosing.
